power window prob

hey all! got a weird problem with drivers side window in my ciera,goes down no prob comes up in 1 inch increments sometimes not at all.went to the jy got a new switch does the same thing.all other windows work fine,dont feel anything binding.could the motor be weak ?

If no funny noises (like a grinding) are heard its pretty likely the motor itself.
