So I've owned this '94 Cutlass Ciera since June 2006 and I have slowly been losing lights behind my cluster. I have one left (out of I think 4) and I think it is time to work on replacing them. The question is...

How does the cluster come out? I see screws that really DO NOT move that I CAN NOT get leverage on underneath the top of the dash, the part that hangs over.

Any guides around for that?

P.S. I wonder what happened to my old account here. I used to post before the site got made over a year or two ago... hmm. Apparently the forum went out a while ago.

Just work them. I usually put my free hand on top of the dash to make it alittle more stable. Maybe try a special bit for stripped screws. Last time I had my dash out, I replaced all those screws with little bolts. They're easier to get out.

As for the lights themselves. I had a hard time finding the specialized bulbs GM used. IIRC, they were a PC-194. It's a 194 bulb in a special socket (you replace it as a unit). I had to order them through O'Riley's Auto parts as Advance & Autozoo both looked at me like I was insane when I asked about them.

Yeah old accounts were purged when the site was redone. New site came online around Sept 07.
