okay talking with david (turbonkeitic) about this

does any one know hso this works switch works or has any idea. the switch is the the funk vacume switch in pict one that is conrailed by the trany. i know the diesel vavle body on the 125c had a few extra wires then a normal one.

this is how i have it my egr roughted right now (dont know it it works never tested the system in car) this also shows the some of the wiring

this is from alldata for my year make and model
( think thios ones shows the vacume pot thing i didnt not hook up in the above. that pot is the one that is by the trany switch thing)

the goal is to have find out what the switch does and find out if i can bypass it or rig up a system to make it work
the epr to the best of my guessing is this flap that bolts to the rear manfold. im guessing it incresses the manfold pessure to force more exsuast in to the upper pulnuim ware the egr vavle is.

okay this is just to make sure i have everything strait in my head!

normally a ERG system works under light to moderate engine load and does not work under heavy load and when the motor is cold.

normal this is done with a tremstaic vacuum switch for the temp part
and the amount of exhaust being put back in is varied by vacuum pots and manifold vacuum
