First off this is my first post EVER haha. But the left turn signals dont blink, and the wipers dont work on my 95 haha. They told me they needed a fuse so they took the one they need so im assuming thats why the wipers dont work i just cant figure where the fuse is that pretty simple probably. Now, the passenger side turn signals blink, but the drivers side doesnt at all unless you continueously move the lever up down up down and so forth, could that be a bad flasher, burnt out bulb, signal switch in the column or what? Need to know because shes comin home tomorrow after i put the muffler (Thrush welded muffler (: ) and the tensioner (old one i had laying around) on.

Thanks in advance.

If the fuse were bad, neither one would blink. Given that your wipers also don't work, I'd wager it's the wiper switch, and possibly the turn signal switch. I had a Suburban that had a similar problem, except neither signal would work, and a wiper switch fixed it. And before you go "it's a car not a truck" I'm pretty sure GM used the same column, if not a similar design, for a long time in all their vehicles

When you're replacing the switch, be sure to replace the canceling cam that also functions as the horn contact.

If you have a bulb out on the drivers side front or both bulbs in the drivers side rear, the drivers side won't blink. The same is true for a bad socket.

The wiper fuse is near the middle of the fuse box. I'd check to see that they didn't remove it.

Several people on this forum have had success in running the 16" Olds 5 spoke aluminum wheels. They look pretty sweet on these cars. I bet the 15" ones from an Olds Cutlass Surpeme (around '90) would look pretty sweet too. You can probably pick up a set on eBay, of either type, for less than $100. If you have a source for second-hand 16" tires, you're laughin'. Otherwise, you'll about double your investment into the car to buy new ones. :D

These are the "other" wheels I was talking about, besides the 5 spoke 16" wheels. I am fairly certain these ones are 15", but they might be 16s. :dunno:

... I had a Suburban that had a similar problem,...before you go "it's a car not a truck" I'm pretty sure GM used the same column, if not a similar design, for a long time in all their vehicles

Lol! Off topic but reminds me. I wanted a more modern column in my 1972 Chevy Nova. I got a column from an 86 Blazer 4x4 and found out that...
-The original Nova steering wheel fit...
-The original Nova harness plugged into the IGNITION SWITCH, TURN SIGNAL SWITCH, and even the HIGH BEAM SWITCH.
-The bolt holes lined up with the under-dash brackets.
-The GEAR SHIFTER LINKAGE worked.

The end of the shaft had to be cut off, and the Nova's original coupling welded on, and the floor plate from the Nova's original column had to be used.

The only tricky part was making the Blazer-style wiper switch work. I had to use some relays to get the logic of the switch to match the logic of the motor.

But I've got a tilt-wheel, wipers, cruise, and high beam switch on the column, and smoother operating steering now.

The Nova and Blazer are both RWD. The lower part of the column is different RWD Vs. FWD. The upper part is the same, so if you are confident to dismantle the column you can mix and match parts this way.

Just a little trivia!

Along those lines, I still have the column from my '90 Eurosport wagon in my garage as I still have anticipations of getting another Celeb at some point (or a Citation that will get Celeb interior). However, when I got my '91 K1500 pickup recently I didn't like the wheel in it so when I had to change a broken signal cancel cam spring I investigated the possibility of installing the Celeb wheel. The result?...

Here's a pic of the truck too, for any who are interested:
