What is this part:

The car 93' Century 3.3L, My Haynes manual is no help and I just cant find it online. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am feeling really dumb right now.

You wont be finding that at a parts store and i can bet the dealers discontinued, make a nice little trip to the junkyard, it could be called a vacuum distribution block

Yup, you were right Advance auto didn't have anything like it, I ended up drilling the busted holes out a bit and glued in a rubber nipple for the hose to connect to as a temp fix. Seems to be working, should be good till I get down to the junk yard.
