To refresh, and because I'm a supernewb, I drive a 1991 Olds Ciera 3.3. I thought I was having the supercommon TCC solenoid issue. Car was acting weird, dying at red lights, etc. However, I realized that my speedometer was also going nuts. Sometimes at 25 mph it says I'm going 50. Sometimes at a standstill it says I'm moving. Because the vehicle speed sensor ties into the computer calibration of the car, could that explain my car bucking at certain higher speeds? It scares me because (1) it's annoying as crap and (2) I don't want to ruin my tranny. Car shifts great, but at higher speeds it bucks and jumps awefully, and once on a hill did it so bad I thought it was gonna die.
