Tranny mounts

90 Ciera, 3.3/4 spd. Is there a good way to remove and replace these things? Besides the need of a floor jack or engine hoist, what else do you have to do to get these things out? What special way do you have to hold your mouth? I started on it then realized that either I had run out of talent or I was missing a tool somewhere.

my god was it a complete pain the in the ass. the front trans mount is easy, the rear one, FUCKING HORRIBLE. I had to use a lift, had to lower the subframe a few inches, raise the engine/trans up and was barley able to weasle the mount out then back in. And it was a small wrench inch by inch taking the nuts off. not fun

I took it by my local fix'em up and was quoted $85 dollars labor to replace both of them. Since I already have the new ones, I'm thinking I'm going to jump on that.
