I have an '86 Celebrity Eurosport that I just bought. The brake line on it needs repaired so I want to put a plug in the master cylinder so I can get it to my house. I'd fix it there but it's all mud. The master cylinder has two different size (actually four lines, two bigger, two smaller) brake line connectors going into it. I've been to the parts store twice now trying to get a plug for the smaller sized connector. Both times they've given me the wrong size plug. Does anyone know what size I would need?

No, you could remove the master cylinder and bring it there and mess around until you find one. This seems like a bad idea though, if its the factory master cylinder.

2nd idea: Crimp it. Just bend it. Near the area that needs to be torn out anyway ideally.
