For my brake lins I had no problem bending over a fence pipe when I needed a curve, but now I need to bend a thicker fuel line and it seems the same way makes "flat" spots on the fuel line. Is there a way to bend thicker metal lines?
I'm thinking heat, but I've heard that that weakens the metal when you do so. I'm stumpted here, I need to make a quick 180 in the line and I can't figure out how to do such a quick turn. (Pipe bender isn't exactly an option. :\)
Thanks!

What about a tube bender from a parts store? Should be less than $20 and will do brake & fuel lines.

Good call. I stopped at a local parts store and they didn't have any. I wasn't aware AZ carried them. I'll head over there this afternoon and let you guys know how it went. Thanks!

Had problems w/ the autozone pipe bender... seemed to kink more than it helped. Managed to get the pipe bent using my banister of my stoop and pliers clamped to counter act the kinks.
Talk about headaches. :P

as said get a tube bender theymake hand held ones that you cant get and napa nad most likly autzone.
for metal pipe bender you need a pipe bender which is eighter a sett of dies and a long arm. or a hydric setup with dies. when bending pipe like exsaust pipe get freeze plugs and pack sand in to the pipe (thin wall pipe) then seal it with the plugs that will kepp hte pipe from crushing
this set up will not be need for the fuel line as that is tube not pipe ;)
