http://www.ackerwheel.com/www.ackerwheels.com_/1325.jpg Omega/Fireanz/Ciera Rally wheels, 14x5.5 (supposedly, the Omega and Firenza had the 13x5.5 version of this...supposedly?)

http://www.ackerwheel.com/www.ackerwheels.com_/6026.jpg Achieva, 15x6 if i'm crazy enough lol.

http://www.ackerwheel.com/www.ackerwheels.com_/1653.jpg Calais, 14x6 alloys, simplest looking of the bunch.

ideally i'd rather not pay more than $200 total...pick up or drive over to see them would be awesome. I remember a couple years ago, i could get a set of alloys for $100 with tires....paid the same for the rally wheels on the Olds a few years ago as well...haven't found a yard that has them AT ALL.

I have an extra set of #4. Although from a Celeb, I believe they are identical besides the paint. I think the little window trim pieces are black too. If you're interested, I'll see what shipping will run.

You're wanting 5x100?

yeah JA1s, turns out my car is a JA1 car due to the fact the 13 inch wheels are only 5x100s

86Euro; those sounds interesting; let me know!

What's your zip? Apparently there's like 7 in your area.

This is the only pic of the wheels I could find, the extra set looks identical. I actually still have the set pictured, but they have decent tires on them that would make shipping outrageous.

oh and are the black bezels removable? i might be able to convince the hubcap headquarters place up here to let me get the chrome ones..i think i still have a few of the Olds center caps from the last rally wheel set...kinda wish i also grabbed the bezels lol.

Yeah, they are removable. Might be kind of a pain though, they just have little tabs that bend around the back of the wheel.

i've removed the silver ones before. i know the feeling lol. had to repaint the rallyes after acquiring them, so removal was necessary. so how would you ship the 4 wheels and at what cost?

I was talking to the owner of the yard I go to, and he mentioned something about the core value of wheels being pretty high, so it was hard to get them from a yard for less than $50 a wheel or $200 a set.

There's a set of those Olds basketweaves (#2) by me that I thought about getting, but he wanted $200 for them and that was too rich for my blood. Especially since I'm completely and totally broke right now. :(

explain why a place wants to mark up like damn near 200%......I mean....they sure as hell dont pay much more than $250 to haul any and every car off your yard out here....so with that, its already profitable for parts (read $300 engines; 200 trans, 150 seats, etc) and then the wheels.....I'll keep ya in mind 86Euro; I hope i can find a decent yard within 2 hours of here that have one set of these....the scrap metal place currently only hve volvo wheels and big truck wheels...

I like to ship wheels in two separate boxes, it's easier to manage and square boxes are easy to come by. I'll dig one out, weight it, and get you an accurate price on shipping.

I can see you want to stick with Olds and makes sense to me but I do have a set of LeSabre t-type wheels that take up to 225's in 15" but IIRC they say Buick on them, other wise decent looking wheels for any car.

the only thing is the wheels have to be in the 5x100mm bolt pattern, one thats not shared by the LeSabre series....

wait a second, would your car have a different bolt pattern than these later 5 luggers ?

CamoDeafie
07-20-2010, 05:21 AM
yes. its currently got 13x5.5 wheels and i've found NO documentation that says that the JA2 cars got these 13" steelies.....the only 13" GM steelies are in the JA1/5x100mm bolt patterns.....so that right there is a proof of sorts that its got a different lug pattern than the newer Ciera...it is also what makes this so much more uhm..special compared to the majority of the cieras lol.

Yeah I know it's crazy how much yards want for the stuff. Crazy profit if you think about it. Can't imagine there's much overhead either. I mean the cars just kinda sit there until someone harvests the parts.
