Was looking at a rough running Century till we found this '91 Ciera. Actually an exfirend of mines uncles car been sitting for a year and a half but we jumped it and it started right away. Power windows and seats, awesome for stock stereo, 3300 with overdrive test drove it and even the A/C worked :D all for $800

100,000 mile club, lol, most of these cars have more than that, mine just rolled 210,000 yesterday and still running strong. Thats a nice ciera, i was lookin at a light blue one, that had the same wheels, 3300, power windows and working a/c, for only like 700$, same year too, had 135k on it.

Talk about a low blow, we came today to finish paying it off and the guy actually sold it to his son! Granted we got the money back but its the principal of the thing!

I guess the LEAST he could do is give you your money back. Glad he did that but sorry the purchase didnt work out for you and your girl. Maybe something better is on the horizon, things happen for a reason ya know?

Seldomly are things so bad that it's not justified with what follows.

When things don't go the way I had hoped, I have no problem in accepting the outcome.... simply because the outcome IS what I have to accept and live by.

The things that led up to the breakup of the relationship with the mother of my daughter in Denmark, could have been avoided, but I did what I did, and the result was a breakup and loss of family and everything else. In real time, I had a look at what I had done (going to another country working when I COULD had stayed home without work) ... and I am to this day convinced I did the right thing, and things went the way they should have gone. If not, I would not have had the very interesting change in life I had, and would not have celebrated my daughters first birthday yesterday etc.

Everything happens. If not for a "reason"... then at least it happens, and we better make the best of it.

Also I follow the theory that anything worth having is worth waiting for and working hard for/on.

Tuddi: its a hard decision to leave your daughter and her mom, I didnt move to a different country but they live separate but it was ALL FOR THE GOOD of my daughter. Happy Birthday to your daughter!!

Maybe you'll find a matching Buick Century for your girlfriend in the next few weeks. :happysad:
