As the title says, I'm looking for the front grille as well as the inside dash bezel for my 1989 Celebrity (these parts are interchangeable within some model years but I don't know which ones). If you have either one, let me know how much you want for it and how much it'll cost to ship to Canada (postal code H9P2T9). Thanks!

Black or chrome grille? Bright silver, dark gray, or wood grained bezel? I think I only have one wood grained one, and it has the factory tach opening in it. And I assume you need a bezel with a rear defog switch? I only have I think one without, and it's dark gray.

Grille can be any color. I'll be painting it black (like my current one) anyway. Just as long as it has no pieces missing!

For the trim it's anything but woodgrain, with defog.

I'll be back home in Ohio next weekend, I'll gather them up and see what shipping will cost.

Hey Andy,

I know it's been a while but do you know what shipping would cost to Montreal? Assuming you still have some of these available.

Sorry I forgot all about this. I'll be out of town for the next week or two but can get an accurate quote when I get home. I'd guess shipping to be around 25 to 30 bucks. Feel free to bug me so I don't forget again!

I'm going to go out on a limb and assume you forgot again? Haha

I'm also looking for the black eurosport wheel, I find they look so much better! Would you happen to have one?

Woah, UPS is showing 87 bucks for shipping. Not sure what's going on, I've shipped stuff up north before and it wasn't that much more than shipping in the states.

And yes, I do have a couple extra steering wheels too.

Holy moly, that's a lot of money on shipping.

Could you give me a shipping quote and a price quote for the steering wheel and the grille?

I think I'll just try to fix up my bezel and save on some shipping cost there (unless it's cheap enough to add it in?)

The box would need to be the same size even without the bezel, and it doesn't weigh much at all. I figured total weight for everything with packing material would be 15 lbs tops. It probably would end up less than that, but for that size of a box, less weight won't make much difference (if at all).

I'll check around on shipping. That estimate is unreasonably high.

Sounds good! Keep me posted!

Also, PM me (or post here) what prices you're looking for. I doubt it'd be unreasonable, but still an important factor...

$40 would make me happy for all three parts. And that would include all the horn cap bits for the steering wheel. If you don't mind, could you PM me with your address so I can get an exact shipping quote?

Hey Andy, did you get my pm? Any luck finding cheaper shipping?

Sorry, yes I got your PM... I just haven't had any free time lately. I've worked 60 hrs this week so far and it's only Wednesday, lol. I'll try and find something cheaper soon though, but please feel free to bug me about it :)

Would you be able to give me the info and maybe I can also search for packaging options from your location? Want to get this stuff out to me as soon as I can! :)

I keep getting quotes around 70 bucks, 'merican bucks that is. The package is 33x22x8 and weighs roughly 13 lbs, from London Ohio 43140. The grille and bezel would fit in a box about half the size, it's the steering wheel that takes up a bit of space.

Andy, have you tried to get a quote from Fastenal? They might be more reasonable.

Nope, forgot all about that! There's one local to me also.

Any luck? I haven't been able to find anything cheap unfortunately. What's the best you could find?

Hey Andy,

It seems that it's going to cost a ton to get the grille and bezel out to me, and since they're not as important, I think I'll take just the steering wheel. PM me a price and I'll take whatever shipping cost I can get. Don't feel like waiting any longer.

**With super strict packaging on the wheel (a layer of wrap should do it), price should be about 30$. That price is ok with me, so if we say 15$ for the wheel? I can wire you the 45$ ASAP

Sorry I've been away and busy, I should be back home in 4 days or so and can ship the wheel. I think I already have a box the perfect size for it too.

I have a dash board thing from my car. It isnt perfect. Well. The black part with defrost button is the best part. The vinyl padded parts are the bad parts on my end. If you still need. There should be pics floating around one of the forums with pics of my 85 with the late model dash. Just selling because i found a decent 83 dash. Better match to originality.

where can I find or look for a Eurosport VR body Kit?

The Eurosport VR is not an actual body kit, I've tried and failed to find one.

The cars were just made that way. It's not a moldable body kit.

I hate to call bullshit, but as the owner of a authentic VR, I can assure you that the VR WAS a body kit. Front and rear bumper covers, door panels, and rocker panels were different from a production celebrity.
The reasons no one can find these kits is because, first, there just wasn't very many made. In 87 they only made 142 wagons and somewhere between 3~400 total for sedans and wagons (there were no VR coupes made in 87). No real records kept for 88, but be assured, not many were built.
The second reason is simply, those of us who have VR parts refuse to give them up for any price. Someone could offer me several grand for my VR coupe kit that's got 2 passenger door panels and no drivers door panel, and I would still respectfully decline.

Yeah, it's a body kit that was added on to the existing Celebrity body. It's how I made my '86 VR "clone"... there was a poor helpless '87 VR at the junkyard that donated all it's parts.

Speaking of which, would you be willing to do me a favor? Could you make a plaster mold of the front 6 inches of that passenger door panel, then send the mold to me in the mail? My '88 coupe has the front section of that panel busted off and I need to reconstruct it. The previously mentioned '87 donor only had the LF door panel.

Also, you should find a nice coupe to put those parts on!

I hate to be unavailable at the moment, but it would be fall before I could do that. If you don't mind pming me every couple months.... At the moment I am working on 6 vehicles (major repairs) including Wednesday, remodeling dads new place so Grandma can come visit,, getting ready to go to Ohio in April to empty a storage unit................. And that's just the tip of the iceberg...
To be continued.......

Better yet,What would the chance of getting you repop the drivers panel? I would be willing to swap you panel for panel... Be better to have a good original than a repair....
