temp sensor for fan turn on ?

could my temp sensor be out if the fan dont come on at 195 ?

No Jairek, I don't think so.
The fan wouldn't come on at 195 because that s when the thermostat first opens up.
It would have to get hotter, at least 215-220 F would be my guess.
