Celebrity wagon, taillights with white middle sections?

    https://www.thetruthaboutcars.com/20...station-wagon/

I just stumbled across this. I wonder how this would function. I?ve never seen an a wagon with white middle sections, or even a dedicated middle section at all. Has this ever been discussed here? I?d be really curious as to where those lights came from and how they function.

It seems like a Euro spec wagon light would have an amber top or bottom section, then at least the back part of the housing wouldn?t need to be redesigned. But I don?t see anything else in the car that appears Euro spec.

Edit: Now I am home and looking at this in more detail, it appears to be aluminum foil tape on the middle sections of the lights. Had me fooled along with someone in the discussion.

Good call on the tape. I would have never caught that.
