She's finally ready to get back on the road! Still some paintwork to do and the A/C still needs filling, but she's almost ready for the roadtrip.

I really like the blackout grill papadopoulos. Glad you took the time to mask off the red logo.

I lost another trim ring on our vacation this weekend (drove about 250 miles) and so today I pulled off the trim rings and had my tires balanced. Then I painted the rims again to freshen things up as well as the swaybar which will hopefully be installed this week. No more thumping in the rear but still a slight wobble in the steering wheel

Thank you! It was mostly a very cheap way to make the damaged grille look nice again, most of the chrome had come of so it was mostly beige plastic... This seemed like a cheap way to make it look nice again, adding a slightly more aggressive, sporty look to the car. The logo had already come of the last time I washed the car so that was easy, I just glued it back in place after painting the grille.

That was the same reason I painted mine as the chrome was very tired looking... I painted mine the gray of my two tone though and have been very happy with it

Thank you, I'm sure it will, especially since there aren't much American cars on the Dutch roads at all. The shop is actually a caravan repair shop, owned by the father of one of my friends, but he lets me use his shop in the weekend.

In US, Recreational vehicle....A recreational vehicle or RV is, in North America, the usual term for a motor vehicle or trailer equipped with living space and amenities found in a home.

It's not an RV workshop, it's these things, I just can't remember what they are called in American English.

Ive been working on Roxanne getting her tightened up for this years vacation. New front struts and sway bar rhen new wheels and tires and some paint here and there. It was raining on and off and of course I started this project with the car sitting all strange. The cars on jackstands the ramps are just to hold the brake assembly from getting pinched funny with the front struts out

My new swaybar painted the matching cast iron gray! Yes I shouldn't use my tailgate as a paint spray booth... half a dozen other projects are in the bed including the trimrings I need to paint

My new quick struts vs the old ones... you can see the difference. Question, does anyone know what the rubber thing is near the top of the coils?

After I took the strut off I saw a problem... look at the grease! The boot is destroyed and bent up. Dont know exactly what its called

A smaller worry is this flexible brake line... the rubber is hard and breaking and im afraid it might start leaking
