That sounds really nice Alex! I like the reverb on that muffler. I'm gonna have to snag one of these for my '85 Celebrity with the 2.8 V6. Also, thanks for posting the videos, info and photos from Tula. That was a great video (and soundtrack) and it's cool to see all of those American cars, trucks and vans getting the love they deserve in Russia.

Also, I enjoyed the Russian/European car photo gallery. It's pretty rare to see a Russian car here on the west coast of the USA, but a local museum about 5 miles from me has several that are regularly driven, my favorite of which is a black 1974 GAZ Chaika model 13 Limo: http://www.lemaymarymount.org/vehicle.php?vID=1513

Also, congratulations on getting married here in a few days!

Thanks for all your kind words! And for the link to the museum, this is amazing to see a Chaika in US.

I didn't realize the muffler sounds that good from the outside untill I recorded that video. I might record another one from the driver's seat just to have a comparison on what you hear inside and outside of the car.

I know what you mean. The only time I get to see what a car I drive sounds or looks like, is on the once a year state inspection.

I'm sure everyone has heard the old expression:

"There are two things in life you do not loan out... Your wife and your car!"

I myself got a new Walker cat, and muffler this year. So far it sounds great at idle when I walk around, and I can hear it with the window down as well, but when I coast it goes quiet. The old exhaust was quiet at all times. Maybe I'll record the Walker on my 3.3 so I can hear what it sounds like from outside.

Thanks for posting your videos! I think it is amazing that many people in Russia have those DVR's.
I've seen many incredible videos thanks to those. I remember the famous meteor video came from one of those car cams.

Yeah, that meteorite videos were amazing. Having DVR gives some confidence in case of any unfortunate accidents, plus who knows what could happen and it's nice to have an opportunity to play it and see once again what exactly happened.

Plus there is always something funny or interesting happens on the road. And some DVRs cost so little it's a no-brainer whether to have one or not (I got mine for $50).
As the examples of interesting videos that were not about accidents are cruising video I posted earlier and this video of a burnout from one of the US cars owners meeting. Burnout was filmed unintentionally, I just was gonna drive home and started the car when Mustang started doing donuts and burnouts in front of me

Our wedding photographer finally sent me the pictures.
We used the 6000 as our car and I was driving. In Russia it's considered quite unorthodox, mostly because "How come you will be driving and won't be drinking?" More common way is to rent a limousine for bride and groom.
I never was a fan of limousines, instead we rented a good old Chevy Van for our guests and used our own 6000. It was really cool, lot's of attention on the road and positive vibes from fellow drivers.

            Now, the pictures.

Congratulations! The pics were awesome! I couldn't stop grinning. Take good care of her (I'm not talking about the car); you'll be glad you did. Stick by her, especially when times are hard. Love her more, even when you feel she doesn't deserve it (and those times inevitably will come). You will be be rewarded with the most loyal friend this side of heaven. It's all about commitment. I've been married for nearly 26 years; I'd do it all over again.

..and do take care of the car as well!

Edited a small video clip with the footage from wedding day. Nothing fancy, but hope you'll enjoy this 30 seconds.

LOL at the streamers and cans behind the car!

Just a reminder that we're still here. Couple of photos from 2016 season opening American car meet.

P.s. I don't like to and never park on a lawn, but unfortunately there weren't other options at this car meet.

Huge amount of pictures of other, pretty cool and interesting cars here and here.

Also, if you have some spare time, I encourage you to look at this gallery of old Soviet cars customed to be lowriders. This is pretty amusing to watch even for me. I bet you never saw anything like that

Had to get rid of my Mastercraft white stipes tires. They were defective from day one, the car was shaking on the road, sometimes violently.
I love how A-bodies look with WSW tires, but nowadays there's not a lot of choice in 14" diameter. The only two brands that still make 14" WSW tires are Chinese Nankang and Indian Vitour. Both of them cost like premium brands, but they're not in any sense.

So I decided that good riding is far more important than good looks and got Toyo Nano Energy 3 for less than $40 a piece.

It was such a pleasure to change to Toyo from that faulty Mastercrafts! Never had such a quiet, soft and smooth ride in my life before. I hope they will last long too.

The look with BSW tires is not that classy, but again, when it's your only/daily ride, it's better to have good tires than just pretty ones.
