The tow bar makes me think it was bought specifically for '4 wheels down' towing behind a motorhome. I wonder if they were officially approved for that? Such a rarity, and before I was RVING, I have no idea.

I think the tach comes with the 5 speed (mine did) but I could be wrong? In my favorite color too! (Black)

The tach was a separate option from the 5-speed I believe. I have seen manual transmission Eurosports without tachs before, although I imagine most people ordering the manual transmission are the same type who would have sprung for the tach.

I believe it. When I was shopping my S10 16 years ago, I saw V6/Auto trucks had tachs most of them, but the 4 cyl. / 5-speed trucks didn't. You really don't NEED the tach with the auto, and yet they were ordering them that way. Throw in tilt and cruise, and it was a very rare combination, so my vehicle had to be driven into Houston from 120 miles away. Truth is, they were making money on the V6/Auto trucks, so they'd throw in more options. The 4 cyl. trucks were bargain trucks, so they didn't bother adding options.

Had there been more a-body cars with stick, maybe we'd see more, but I think the big deal killer was no real legit tach. I like Keith's Sun Tach better than the LED bars.
