Except for the colors this is equipped exactly as my grandmother's Ciera was. Major differences, hers was quite rusty by comparison and had been fixed PA style in many places so would have had to have been redone all over the rockers, wheel arches, decklid, and door bottoms. This car you have doesn't seem to have any of that.

I wish I was in the market, I'd offer a straight $1350 so you could make $500 back less troubleshooting and detailing effort.
