A/C Condenser fan not coming on

Hey all, the condenser fan on my 96 Ciera is not getting power to it. The fan itself is good and works on aux power. I can't seem to find a relay or fuse for it. Anyone know where it might be?

Not sure about the 96 in particular, but the A bodies typically have a row of relays mounted to the radiator support, on the passenger side. One is for the fuel pump, one is for the radiator fan, probably another for the additional fan.

Indeed the relay is mounted on the radiator support with the others. It is the far right relay, labeled as "pusher coolant fan" in the wiring diagram. It can be identified by the wire colors, thick black wire, thick red wire, skinny blue wire and skinny pink wire. The red wire is 12v source and the black wire feeds the fan motor. Jumping these 2 pins will make the fan come on. The pink wire is the switch wire that leads to the A/C switch and is +12v. The blue wire is the ground which leads to the PCM. Interesting the resistance on this wire is near 4.2 kΩ when tested at the pin and battery post. Further reading on the matter suggest a bad PCM not supplying a proper ground to energize the relay.

The pusher fan is only triggered by high head pressure from the HVAC system. You won't see it come on below about 90 degrees ambient. That is assuming a proper charge of refrigerant to create high head pressure with the compressor operating.
