It's good to see some more reports of the ol' "duster spray." When David first told me about it, I had no idea what he was talking about!
Anyone know where to source one of those vampire taps for the cans?
Thanks,
Ken T.

Any good AC shop that specializes in rebuilding compressors, making AC lines will have them (not a general auto repair business). Here in Austin there is a shop I go to rebuild AC lines, they can also pressure test evaporators, condensers and provide any AC related parts, schrader valves, o rings, vacuum pumps, etc.....
Ken, I don't know if he ships stuff but you can try him if you can't find it local to you.

I bought it to side tap a can of brake solvent to flush a transmission cooler.

Well I did this what, two years ago now, and she's still working perfectly. Yesterday was 92 and super humid out. Friday I will have to drive 4hrs back from where I am and its supposed to be 90 that day too. I'll be nice and cool! A guy I work with is bummed out his 2009 Civic needs a new compressor and he won't shell out the $$ for it because he feels the car isn't worth it. So...he's suffering, he's got 6hrs on Friday to go back to where he lives!
