Question Problem with Rear Door Locks

Hey folks! I searched but didn't find anything quite like what I'm experiencing. Perhaps my search-foo is getting weak with age.

Either way, my power locks work but the rears are really stiff. They try to lock but can never be pulled in all the way, but occasionally they will unlock. My auto-unlock feature was apparently disabled before I owned the car, and I'm wondering if it was for this reason.

Either way I've read I could enable the auto-unlock with a fuse, but I don't want to enable it until I can fix these rear locks.

Common problem? Easy fix? Take the door apart and measure voltages? Throw some suggestions my way!

    Cheers

Could be as simple as the lock them selves in the door inside or the track slide bar needs grease or the lock actuators are sticking they aren’t hard to change out .

A common problem on the A-Bodys is the door panels would cause friction on the rods, making it very difficult to operate. It could also just be a tired power lock mechanism.
