Can anyone PLEASE help me out, the metal pipe that runs from the Throttle body intake housing to the evap canister rust welded itself to the mount under the ignition control module and I had too destroy it getting it off. 91 cutlass ciera 3.3. I need a replacement.
Does this show the vacuum line connected to it with it under the ICM?
Does this then show the vacuum line attached at the other end emerging from under the ICM?
I think this is the vacuum end of the pipe where it connects to the TB.
It absolutely pouring outside or I would go take a look. It appears the '92 is two metal pipes and vacuum lines to do the job.
I would suggest a long piece of vacuum hose to accomplish this (up and over the ICM) to accomplish this temporarily, unless you want to bend a new piece of pipe. I will be heading for a parts run when the rain stops.
Jerry sorry my mistake, no on mine there's a rubber house from evap canister, then the neutral pipe is fastened to the icm mount then snakes by the fuel rail to the Throttle body/Intake.
Yes that's it, strange mine had a mounting tab on it for the stud on the ICM mount. If you could find one that would be cool, or I was hoping vacuum hose would get me by for a while.
